Accidents happen. That being said, there is a small window of time once you've placed your order, in which you can possibly cancel your order.
After placing your order, you will be taken to an Order Confirmation screen. From the Order Confirmation screen, click on View Order Details. This will take you to the order history page.

In order to attempt to cancel your order you will want to locate the "Request Cancellation" link at the bottom, next to Have More Questions?
Once your request has been submitted you will see a Cancellation Pending message at the top of this screen confirming that your request to cancel has been submitted.
If you have already moved past the Order Confirmation screen, you can also locate the Request Cancellation option by using the Check Order Status page or signing in to your account to view your order details.
It's important to note that even if you submit the request to cancel, it may be too late to successfully cancel the order. If your order cannot be canceled, please contact our customer service team for alternative options regarding a return once you've received your order.
If the order cancelation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the cancelation.

While we cannot change or alter an order once it is placed, we can assist you with a return and re-order!
Before we start, you will need 3 pieces of information from your order:
- Order Number
- Email address (used on the order)
- Billing Zip Code (not shipping)
- Click here to create a return for your incorrect order.
- Once you receive your order, place the return label on the package, and return it back to any UPS location.
- Once we process your return*, you will receive a refund for the order.
- *Once we receive your return, it may take up to 7-10 business days to process the refund.
- Place the order for the correct item at any time.
Our inventory levels change daily, and popular products may sell out fast. Due to this, we encourage you to place your re-order as soon as possible to secure the correct size, color, and/or style you are looking for.
