ERROR: Your order could not be submitted.

What does this mean?

This means that we could not collect the payment for your order.  There are several reasons this could happen.

What should I do?

1. Try removing and re-entering your payment information.  It may be that some of the information was entered incorrectly.  (Don’t worry, we’ve all done it by accident before!)
2. Confirm the Billing Address is correct.  Our website will allow you to simply check a box to use the same address for Billing and Shipping, but sometimes these are different and are missed by accident.
3. Contact the bank attached to the payment method.  For your security, we are not provided the details on why a card was not accepted on our website.  In many situations your bank will have more details than we can provide.
