Here at SOREL, we have an Easy Returns system. Please follow the guidelines below:
*Returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date.
*Your footwear must be unworn and returned in its original box in new condition.
*Please pack and ship your merchandise using the postal carrier of your choice.
*Please use the tear-off return form and pre-printed label from your original packing slip, as this expedites the processing of your return. Postage is not prepaid by SOREL, so please use the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we highly recommend that you use a traceable shipping method to send us your return.
Here's what we'll do:
*Our team will receive your package and verify its contents. You'll receive an email indicating we've received your return.
*Your product will be inspected to ensure it is unworn and in original condition.
*If you paid by credit or debit card, we'll send the credit back to your financial institution within 2-3 business days.
*If you paid using a SOREL gift card, or if the product you are returning was designated by the purchaser as a gift, we'll send you a merchandise credit. It may take up to 15 business days to receive your gift card.
