Can I return to a store?
As long as you did not purchase with Paypal, feel free! Verify that all items are unworn, tags are attached, and that footwear is still in original box. Bring your original form of payment and invoice with you when you stop by!
What if I don't have a store in my area?

What if I purchased with Paypal?
For orders purchased with Paypal, please ship your order directly to our warehouse as our stores are unable to process these returns. Once our warehouse has received your order, you will be notified via email.
How will I be refunded if I purchased with a gift card?
If you purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit. Your merchandise credit will be emailed to the email associated with the order and can be applied to a future purchase on any of our brands!
How do I exchange my items?
Our two step return and reorder process is quick and easy! Once you have returned your items, give us a call to place your reorder with free standard shipping.
Why don't you offer an exchange process?
Since our available stock changes everyday, we cannot guarantee that your item will still be in stock by the time a reorder is placed. Need recommendations for a replacement product? We're here to help! Check out our new arrivals here.
What if my item was a gift?
When an item is purchased as a gift, the person submitting the order has the option to have a refund be returned to the original form of payment OR returned to an e-gift certificate. If the item is refunded to a e-gift certificate it will be sent to the email entered on the same page. For questions regarding this process, please give us a call!
