Using a promo code
There are two places to enter a promo code. The first is in the promo code box shown within the cart. The second option will be shown during the billing portion of the checkout, click on Have a Gift Card or Promo Code? just above where you'd enter your card information during checkout.
The code will need to be entered exactly as shown; capital letters typed in as capitals, and include any hyphens.
Troubleshooting
Check the code is being entered correctly:
Confirm what type of code you are using and follow the format exactly as it is shown; capital letters are typed in as capitals and include any hyphens. Please note, we do not use any ones or zeros in our promo codes, so make sure you are entering these with "I"s and "O"s. If you are using a rewards-specific code, please make sure you are logged into your account before attempting to enter the code.
My code is showing it has been used but I haven't used it:
Some of our promotional codes are for one-time use only. If you are seeing an error message stating the code has been used previously, please contact our Customer Care team so we can take a look into the code. Our contact information is shown at the bottom of this page.
Check the terms and conditions:
The terms and conditions will list the expiration date, what items the code can or cannot be applied to, and if the code can be combined with other sales. Please review that your order fits within the parameters in the terms and conditions, often found on the coupon card, on the website, or at the bottom of the email.
